Job Description:

Samuel Ryder Academy is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Media Support Technician to join the team. The purpose of the role is to provide first line media and technical support. This position is an ideal first step or developmental role for a career in IT.

Requirements:

  • Provide first line media and technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user (staff and student) problems
  • Support the schools 1-1 iPad device program and participate in its Regional Training Centre events
  • Handle basic hardware/software issues
  • Undertake specific maintenance and update tasks on the school’s network to support teaching and learning
