Job Responsibility:
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for staff & students
Hardware/software/printer issues – PCs, iMacs and iPads
Work reported issues/requests via tickets in a Helpdesk system
Supporting student & staff iPads via Microsoft Intune
Support & maintain classroom technologies
Occasional installation of software
Support school events requiring AV Support
Prioritise Teaching & Learning requirements
Build relationships with staff
Requirements:
