Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7 years of technical experience, including 5+ years in IT business partnership roles in manufacturing environment
Strong experience in a regulated (GxP) manufacturing environment (Pharma, Biotech, Nutrition, or similar industries) preferred
Solid understanding of large-scale manufacturing operations and supporting digital ecosystems
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable IT solutions
Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and root-cause analysis skills
