Job Description:

As a member of the property management staff, contributes advanced knowledge and skill in technology and general hospitality business knowledge to support the property and technology Information Resources objectives. Position is responsible to the property for all technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure client technology needs are met
Monitor acquisition and maintenance of property based systems
Analyze information and propose solutions
Maintain, inspect and repair equipment
Manage IR activities to ensure property infrastructure and applications systems are functional
Administer and maintain mail and email
Maintain inventories and manage IT hardware/software
Provide Internet support and maintenance
Provide cable management support
Generate systems communications for property users
Enforce IR policies and standards
Develop goals and plans to prioritize work
Perform assessment of technology needs
Ensure proper asset management
Provide technical expertise and support

Requirements:

BS/BA or equivalent work experience
2-4 years experience in similar position
Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support desirable
System-related professional certifications desired
