We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and expand the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for our organization. This leadership role involves managing a team of professionals across functional analysis, technical development, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will drive platform adoption, enhance system capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value while fostering collaboration and growth within the team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategic development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions that deliver tangible outcomes
Oversee the design, configuration, integration, and support of scalable and secure Dynamics 365 systems, ensuring optimal usability
Develop and manage the platform strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Drive project and portfolio management activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timely delivery within scope and budget
Maintain compliance with data protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and organizational IT policies
Manage vendor relationships to ensure contract compliance, maximize value, and stay informed on emerging platform features
Monitor and enhance system functionality to support evolving business needs, including customer advocacy and service quality
Budget and plan for future projects and resources, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience managing technical and functional teams in customer engagement or enterprise application environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, integrations, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Platform
Experience in customer service and case management modules
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful technical solutions
Excellent people management skills, including coaching, delegation, and fostering an equitable and inclusive team culture
Strong vendor management capabilities, including contract oversight and maximizing ecosystem value
Effective communication and collaboration skills across business and IT functions
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, planning, and execution
