Coordinate audits and due diligence requests from external stakeholders
Develop day-to-day security operations including risk assessments, incident resolution, and security awareness training
Keep IT costs at an acceptable level, negotiate prices, ensure licenses go only to those who need them, and always apply the principle of least privilege
Requirements:
Genuine interest in AI and practical experience applying AI tools to improve internal workflows
Proven experience in an IT management or senior IT operations role, ideally in a global SaaS or tech company
Strong hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and MDM solutions (e.g. Jamf)

Experience with software and hardware procurement, license management, and vendor negotiations
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and tools across a non-technical user base
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
A structured, proactive, and hands-on approach – you're comfortable owning both strategy and execution
Nice to have:
Experience working with or supporting AI-powered internal tools and platforms
Familiarity with SOC2 audit processes and coordination with external auditors
Experience managing AV and network infrastructure in an office environment
Background in security awareness training programs
Experience in a scale-up environment with 100–300 employees across multiple geographies
