As IT Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s entire IT landscape - from infrastructure and networking to cyber security and compliance. This is a leadership role where you’ll set the direction, make the key decisions, and ensure everything runs securely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), holding them accountable for performance, incident management, and out-of-hours support, while making sure everything aligns with our wider IT strategy. You’ll also lead on cyber security and PCI DSS compliance, overseeing security scanning, risk management, and remediation. Alongside this, you’ll manage key technology vendors, support multi-site operations, and play a key role in new site openings from planning through to launch. This role isn’t just strategy - you’ll be guiding the Helpdesk function, developing your team, improving processes, and making sure support across the business is fast, effective, and scalable.
