Job Responsibility:
Direct and optimize core IT operations and infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted business continuity across the organization
Lead all Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, including internal IT audits and the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
Transform operational datasets into strategic intelligence using advanced analytics tools like Power BI and Excel
Architect and enforce enterprise cybersecurity defenses, ranging from endpoint protection and patch management to incident response
Standardize organizational documentation and technical workflows to ensure seamless coordination across multi-disciplinary teams
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and spearhead continuous improvement projects to elevate technical service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Audit, or a related technical field
5 to 8 years of professional experience in a technical discipline, ideally within the manufacturing sector
Proven foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure combined with practical experience in auditing and compliance follow-ups
Expert proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools to support evidence-based executive decision-making
Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity implementation, including access control protocols and log analysis
Nice to have:
Professional credentials such as CISA or ITIL, or experience with business continuity testing
