  • Strong ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management
  • Proficiency in working with Cisco technologies and computer hardware
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
