Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager/Director to lead technology operations and strengthen the systems that support our organization in Media, Pennsylvania. This role will guide infrastructure, data, and security initiatives while improving reliability, visibility, and efficiency across business processes. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on leadership style, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner with teams throughout the company to deliver practical technology solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Direct day-to-day IT operations, keeping business systems stable, secure, and prepared to scale with organizational needs
  • Lead the completion and ongoing enhancement of a custom claims management platform and related processing tools
  • Oversee database administration activities, including performance tuning, access controls, backup practices, and data quality management
  • Manage cloud environments across major platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, with a focus on uptime, protection, and cost-effective resource usage
  • Strengthen the company’s cybersecurity posture by implementing, monitoring, and refining controls that protect applications, infrastructure, and information assets
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions that simplify workflows while preserving transparency, auditability, and controlled change management
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide meaningful insight into operational metrics, trends, and business performance
  • Partner with departments across the organization to understand technology and data needs, then deliver solutions that support active business and case-related work

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, and support functions in a managerial or director-level capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of database management, including performance optimization, security, and data integrity practices
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS and Microsoft Azure in a production environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement cybersecurity measures and manage risk across systems, networks, and digital assets
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Active Directory, backup solutions, Cisco environments, computer hardware, and configuration management
  • Experience creating reporting dashboards and using data to inform operational decisions and business improvements
