Global Digital & Technology (GDT) is Unilever’s global technology and operations engine, delivering business services, enterprise technology, and digital solutions. The UiM team enables Unilever’s Growth and Fuel for Growth agenda. This role will drive BAU operations of the ATLAN platform leading service delivery, support governance & operational excellence across channels and products in CD for Atlan. An ideal candidate will combine data crunching, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and execution rigor to ensure Atlan delivers consistent value across business functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive BAU operations of the ATLAN platform
  • lead service delivery, support governance & operational excellence across channels and products in CD for Atlan
  • act as IT partner to business leads ensuring strong alignment on change request and outcomes
  • own end-to-end day-to-day operations of Atlan across MT, GT, Ecom
  • translate business requirements into a coherent IT roadmap across the product roadmaps/funnels
  • benchmark global and industry best practices
  • build relationships with external partners
  • provide program updates to senior leaders
  • manage user access, metadata hygiene, lineage tracking, and catalogue consistency
