We are looking for a strategic and people-focused IT leader to head up Commercial Solutions within Diagnostics IT (part of Demant IT). With Salesforce as a core platform, you will bring together people, processes, and technology to create scalable, reliable, and business-driven commercial solutions. You will play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, governance, and operations while balancing innovation with stability in a regulated environment.
Job Responsibility:
Build, lead, and develop an international team, fostering engagement, ownership, and cross-cultural collaboration
Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and related customer-facing platforms
Ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality delivery of Customer Solutions, balancing innovation with operational reliability
Safeguard adherence to IT governance, regulatory requirements, and product safety standards
Approve solution roadmaps, project plans, and major platform changes with risk awareness
Act as a key stakeholder manager across Diagnostics and Demant Group, driving alignment and knowledge sharing
Conduct vendor reviews, ensure cost transparency and delivery quality, and manage budgets within agreed frameworks
Define team structure, allocate resources effectively, and support professional development and performance management
Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and customer impact across platforms
Focus on continuous improvement in user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance
Prioritize initiatives, balancing strategic ambitions with operational constraints, and ensuring execution within agreed budgets and timelines
Work closely with business stakeholders across the Diagnostics business area and Demant Group, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven prioritization
Collaborate across time zones
Requirements:
Good leadership experience from IT or digital solution environments, preferably within global organizations
Proven practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar)
Good understanding of enterprise application landscapes and integrations
Experience managing distributed or global teams
Comfortable operating in a structured governance environment with budget responsibility
Experience from healthcare or other regulated industries is considered an advantage
Knowledge of backup solutions and enterprise integrations is considered an advantage
