Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HRIS team, fostering Agile, customer‑focused, service‑oriented behaviors
  • Demonstrate Lean‑Agile leadership and ensure effective SAFe structures and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement, remove operational impediments, and support value‑stream flow
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders using agreed governance and templates
  • Oversee service delivery, financials, supplier management, system ownership, and TCO

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT management experience leading high‑performing teams
  • 5+ years managing HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), including implementation, operations, optimization, and integrations
  • Certified SAFe Agilist with 3+ years applying SAFe in practice
  • Experience in HR data management, reporting/analytics, and integrations
  • Strong IT financial and supplier management experience
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and security requirements for HR data
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP/ITIL is a plus
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities
  • Skilled in change management
  • Strong risk‑management and security awareness
  • Solid project‑management skills
