Job Description:

As the IT Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the spares and RMA processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle, maintaining accurate records, ensuring a customer-centric approach, managing courier relationships, and preparing various reports.

Job Responsibility:

Management of Spares & RMA Processes
Tracking Serial Numbers
Customer Focus
Coordination with Couriers
Reporting

Requirements:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 standards is a plus

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 standards
