IT Lead

We are looking for a hands-on IT Lead to lead and scale Codeway’s internal IT function across infrastructure, network operations, workplace technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and internal IT security. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Codeway’s internal IT environment, while leading the Senior Cyber Security Engineer, IAM Administrator, and Senior Network Engineer. You will set priorities, build scalable processes, and drive strong execution across IT operations, access governance, and internal security controls. You will also help strengthen Codeway’s internal IT security capabilities and support compliance readiness in collaboration with leadership and Engineering teams. As the organization grows, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Codeway’s internal IT and security organization, including hiring and evolving internal IT support capabilities.
