The IT Inventory Management Analyst role involves managing assets, maintaining records, and ensuring exemplary service delivery. Job Responsibility:
Provide management of the program’s assets, maintain record of assets
Ensure that all physical assets are properly maintained
Prepare reports related to assets, procurement of IT related hardware, software, licenses, supplies
Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
Support IT by processing invoices, develop and prepare accurate and timely reports
Implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and Software Assets
Manage leased assets, interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources
Assess data accuracy and reasonableness
Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements
Generate monthly reports
Data Entry and Asset Management
Reviewing and Maintenance of license assignment for software installations
Assisting ServiceDesk with onboarding of accounts
Shipping, receiving, tracking orders
Order IT stocked equipment
Produce asset inventory, stock equipment inventory, license inventory, and various reports weekly
Work with 3rd party shipping and delivery vendors
Create new Configuration Item (CI) assets including processing, asset tagging, recording, and creating new CMDB/CI items
Maintain and organize a warehouse of technology-based customer assets
Load, secure, unload, and transport warehouse items via company provided delivery van
Responsible for all aspects of the flow of enterprise assets into and out of the warehouse
