Job Description:

The IT Inventory Management Analyst role involves managing assets, maintaining records, and ensuring exemplary service delivery. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in asset management and logistical support. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide management of the program’s assets, maintain record of assets
  • Ensure that all physical assets are properly maintained
  • Prepare reports related to assets, procurement of IT related hardware, software, licenses, supplies
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
  • Support IT by processing invoices, develop and prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Implement Asset Management processes for Hardware and Software Assets
  • Manage leased assets, interact directly with clients and other internal and external sources
  • Assess data accuracy and reasonableness
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Data Entry and Asset Management
  • Reviewing and Maintenance of license assignment for software installations
  • Assisting ServiceDesk with onboarding of accounts
  • Shipping, receiving, tracking orders
  • Order IT stocked equipment
  • Produce asset inventory, stock equipment inventory, license inventory, and various reports weekly
  • Work with 3rd party shipping and delivery vendors
  • Create new Configuration Item (CI) assets including processing, asset tagging, recording, and creating new CMDB/CI items
  • Maintain and organize a warehouse of technology-based customer assets
  • Load, secure, unload, and transport warehouse items via company provided delivery van
  • Responsible for all aspects of the flow of enterprise assets into and out of the warehouse
  • Operate warehouse equipment
  • Maintain accurate CMDB entries
  • Consistently lift 30 pounds overhead
  • Safely operate forklifts, handcarts, flatbed dollies, two-wheel, and/or appliance dollies
  • Safely operate a delivery / cargo van

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with asset management and shipping receiving
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with logistical IT support to include scheduling, ordering parts, ordering equipment, and order tracking
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in processing but not limited to New Assets, IMACS, Retirements, Disposals
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Driver’s license
