Job Description:

Join us as an Administrative Intern in the Bosch Digital Business Team Finance Department, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to critical projects and gain valuable experience in IT operations, knowledge management and administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in Docupedia to maintain IT Operation Manuals (ITOM) for various IT Products, Services, and Solutions
  • Transfer content from current ITOM templates to new templates, focusing initially on Finance, Controlling, and Tax solutions
  • Provide administrative support across various team activities
  • Support for SAP Technical Consultants in area of S4 Hana Horizontal Layer, mainly in the area of interfaces management (around 400 SAP/non-SAP interfaces)
  • support activities for the migration from legacy R3 to S4 systems (data preparation/cleansing)

Requirements:

  • Availability of 25 hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Very good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
