IT Intern – MYMI 2026 (This is a full-time contract starting ASAP - April 28, 2027)

Job Responsibility

  • Support and troubleshoot Windows and Apple desktop and laptop environments
  • Support meeting room AV system operation
  • Assist in resolving general access, connectivity, and desktop application issues
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles
  • Support basic administration of user accounts, permissions, and security groups
  • Take ownership of service desk tickets, ensuring timely tracking, follow-up, and resolution
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and user workstations
  • Provide support for mobile devices, including iPhones and Android devices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support ad-hoc IT projects and operational initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Information Technology/Computer Science
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, network fundamentals, and VPN connectivity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
