Job Description

Play a key role in complex Customer & Data programs within a leading banking environment. You will orchestrate end-to-end testing across multiple domains, align business and IT stakeholders, and drive delivery in a highly complex, multi-system landscape. This is a long-term engagement with high impact and visibility across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Orchestrate end-to-end test execution across complex, multi-domain environments
  • Align business and IT stakeholders on acceptance criteria, test approach, and delivery milestones
  • Prepare test conditions (data, environments, use cases) to enable smooth execution
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination within large programs
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through to test evidence and reporting
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience as IT Integrator / Test Manager within banking
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end testing across complex system landscapes
  • Experience with large-scale programs involving multiple teams and dependencies
  • Strong understanding of back-end testing (logs, data flows, APIs)
  • Experience with Agile and test automation at scale
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (engineering to senior management level)
  • Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English
