Job Description

IT Infrastructure Specialist role at Bosch involving solving system incidents, analyzing IT infrastructure alerts, performing operational tasks, and collaborating with support teams in a multinational environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to defined Service Levels
  • Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by corporate IT systems
  • Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
  • Cooperation with other support teams within the entire organization
  • Building up and contributing to Knowledge Base

Requirements

  • IT operational support experience
  • Deep technical knowledge in Operation systems (Windows, Linux), Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), Storage
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure
