Minimum of 4 years of experience of working in ICT infrastructure engineering
Secondary Vocational education degree in Information or equivalent education
Medior skills on Microsoft: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Intune, teams
Networking: Wi-Fi-hotspots, LAN/WAN networking, network printing TCP/IP, firewalls, ICT Security
Project administration skills

Job Responsibility

Support and maintain technical ICT infrastructure alongside ICT provider
Ensure optimal functioning of modern workplace with Office 365 and Intune, and network LAN and WAN (Cisco Meraki)
Provide hands-on support to business and partners for connection requests
Provide hands-on support to users in Head Office and throughout Europe
Collaborate with ICT partners to maintain on-premises and cloud (Azure) infrastructures
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and servers
Assist with LAN and WAN changes
Plan maintenance activities, conduct health checks, and oversee contractor and vendor service quality
Analyse and troubleshoot incidents
Execute test plans for system upgrades or releases
