IT Infrastructure Specialist

• Hybrid Infrastructure: Maintain and support both on-premises and cloud-based systems
• Identity & Access Management: Full administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 (user accounts, permissions, and security groups)
• Lifecycle Management: Lead OS/system patching, hardware upgrades, and overall infrastructure lifecycle
• Proactive Monitoring: Monitor system health and respond to alerts regarding UPS, antivirus, backups, and network connectivity
• Network Optimization: Support and fine-tune LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
• Security & Compliance: Oversee Microsoft 365 security protocols and ensure robust endpoint protection
• Workspace Management: Manage workstations, peripherals, and modern collaboration technologies (meeting rooms, etc.)
• Asset & Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and infrastructure diagrams

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ year of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure
• Solid understanding of networking (IP, routing, switching, VPN, firewalling) and cloud computing architectures
• Experience with Windows (10/11), Active Directory, Office 365 Azure

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cisco) highly appreciated
