Job Description

Location: Remote EST. Duration: about 2 year contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure project delivery across network, cloud, servers, security, and data center technologies
  • Manage implementation activities supporting WMS, WES, and warehouse automation integrations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting
  • Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison for project communications, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting
  • Manage vendors, project budgets, contract deliverables, and implementation timelines
  • Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Architecture, Operations, and external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience focused on infrastructure initiatives
  • Experience leading technology projects within distribution centers, warehouses, logistics, or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional dependencies and multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with system testing, cutover planning, and production go-live activities
  • Experience with retail, manufacturing, or distribution center build-outs
