Job Responsibility

Develop a project plan by applying appropriate project management techniques
Lead the projects to be delivered on time within scope and budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate internal/external resources for project
Communicate effectively to manage stakeholder expectations and enable informed decisions
Negotiate and obtain agreement on changes to scope, schedule and budget through the organization’s change management process
Perform issue/risk management and proactively solve issues/ mitigate risks and report/escalate to management when needed
Ensure release readiness, all requirements and quality standards are met
Prepare and send the reports to senior management to report current projects situation correctly

More than 3 years as a Project manager, with several success case to share
Min 3 projects leaded from the beginning to the end
Experience in leading big projects (10~50 persons)
Experience in complex projects: Cross department, cross border
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with cross department/country stakeholders
Team spirit
Ability to solve communication issues smoothly
Use not only mail (Passive com) but also chat and F2F talk(Active com)
Ability to work with offsite team/people
Ability to report and communicate properly to upper management
Experience to negotiate with stakeholders in English/Japanese
TOEIC 800
Knowledge in Internet Technologies
Experience in Agile Development (Kanban / Scrum)
