Job Description:

Join our client company team as the Information Technology Manager, where you'll drive technology solutions to support a mission and community. As a cornerstone to the leadership team, you’ll align technology and operations to make a difference while ensuring systems are future-ready.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute IT strategy
Lead the IT department
Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans
Collaborate with teams to create tech solutions
Prepare and manage IT budgets
Serve as an advisor to leadership on strategic IT investments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Relevant industry certifications and strong technical architecture expertise
Experience managing IT in multi-office, professional service settings
Proven project management, team leadership, and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Ability to manage and maintain Active Directory
Experience with Backup Technologies
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
Familiarity with Configuration Management

Nice to have:

Master’s degree in IT or a related field
Relevant industry certifications
Strong technical architecture expertise
