Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults
  • Solve technical and applications problems
  • Efficiently communicate with the clients either face to face or over the phone to resolve issues
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
  • Ability to test and evaluate new technologies
  • Understand the client’s environment and be able to provide the best solutions
  • Be proactive and client centered

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in similar position
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft server platforms
  • Good knowledge and experience in working with and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS
  • Good knowledge and experience with virtualization products (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.)
  • Experience in resolving security issues
  • Experience with user identity management
  • Ability to monitor and identify network policy violations and system breaches
  • Ability to train users in applications and operating system fundamentals and to write basic documentation
  • Understands strategic direction of enterprise's system and business operational direction
  • Clear verbal and writing communication skills, ability to speak end user (non-technical) business language
  • Proactive, adaptive, independent and self-managing with proven capability to lead a project initiative
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English language
