The IT Infrastructure Architect designs and oversees enterprise-scale solutions that ensure global availability, scalability, and security. In this role, you will define the target architecture, select core technologies, and ensure our global infrastructure aligns with both operational needs and strategic business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Define the target technical architecture for global networks, and create transformation roadmaps to reach the target architecture
Alignment on cloud-native platforms and edge security, together with Enterprise architects, ensuring high-availability and robust disaster recovery protocols
Collaborate with IT infrastructure team, Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure all designs follow a 'Security by Design' approach, aligning with internal audits and global standards
Continue to build and develop our newly implemented SD-WAN and SASE framework to optimize and improve the global connectivity, reduce latency, and enhance site resilience
Create detailed High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) and setting technical standards for all future deployments
Assess legacy systems to propose optimization strategies that replace manual lifecycle management with scalable, automated and secure solutions
Requirements:
10+ years in senior networking, security, or architecture roles within enterprise-scale environments
Deep knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and load balancers
Specialized experience in SD-WAN technologies and cloud-managed networking (e.g., Cisco Meraki) is highly preferred
Proven ability to design secure perimeters and segmented network environments (e.g., ISO 27001 or NIST standards) within a vendor-neutral framework
Skilled in designing high-availability solutions for complex, global logistics or distribution networks
Ability to clearly document architecture and system integrations
