Job Responsibility
Serve as a key escalated support resource for onsite and remote users
Manage and support core infrastructure (servers, networks, switches, routers)
Administer Windows environments, users, and access
Support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
Partner on network upgrades, implementations, and modernization initiatives
Train users and enhance adoption of collaboration tools
Requirements
3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience
Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise
Solid networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting both PC and Mac environments
Nice to have
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google)
PowerShell or automation experience
