The role is vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the companies inside Camp.us, ensuring every staff experience is friction-less and functional.
Job Responsibility:
Tech Management: Maximize hardware, software and network capabilities
Analyze staff technical needs
Diagnose, plan, make recommendations, roll-out and monitor solutions for technical issues
Tech Support: Provide fast, friendly assistance and address root cause
Help users troubleshoot technical issues
Provide technical guidance to all staff members
Resolve IT tickets as quickly as possible
Direct vendors for resolution of escalating issues
Network: Actively monitor network health
Maintain network performance
Troubleshoot LAN & Wireless Network issues
Secure the network
Hardware: Identify hardware lifecycle upgrade
Plan, make recommendations, buy and setup hardware for new hires
Software: Identify software lifecycle upgrade
Identify and install suitable software for new hires
Manage online licenses
Printers: Manage, install and upkeep all printers
Inventory: Keep online inventory of all hardware and software
Keep online inventory of telephones, network equipment, printers and AV equipment
Documentation: Document technical knowledge in play books and maps
Special Events: Troubleshoot and resolve audio visual issues in meetings and special events
Cloud Habits: Take care of work and information
Ensure each member understands the back up process
Requirements:
2+ years experience in Technical Support
Strong technical background
Capable to explain complex information in simple, clear terms
Loves order and structure
Logical thinker
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Up-to-date technical knowledge
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Good accurate records keeping
What we offer:
Hybrid Schedule (Monday to Thursday in the office, Fridays remote)
12 vacation days after 1st anniversary, 14 days on 2nd anniversary, 16 days from 3rd anniversary
Winter Break: last week of the year
Spring Break: thursday and friday on holy week
Early Friday: shift ends 2 hours early last Friday of every month
