We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional on behalf of our client, a global sports and entertainment network. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and user support, helping to ensure smooth IT operations across the office.
Job Responsibility:
Providing first-line IT helpdesk support to office users
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Responding to IT queries and support requests
Setting up and fixing equipment where required
Supporting general day-to-day IT operations across the office
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Hands-on and proactive approach
Able to work independently in a busy office environment
