Job Description

We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional on behalf of our client, a global sports and entertainment network. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and user support, helping to ensure smooth IT operations across the office.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing first-line IT helpdesk support to office users
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Responding to IT queries and support requests
  • Setting up and fixing equipment where required
  • Supporting general day-to-day IT operations across the office

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Hands-on and proactive approach
  • Able to work independently in a busy office environment
