Job Description:

IT Helpdesk - First Line Support position in Farnborough, providing first-class support to staff and students, diagnosing IT issues, and assisting with software and hardware inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide friendly, first-class support to staff and students via phone, email, and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues
  • Assist users with software and hardware inquiries
  • Document problems and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and enhance user experience

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and a knack for customer service
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
