We are seeking a dedicated IT Intern to support Help Desk that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate will provide frontline technical support to end users while gaining hands-on experience with structured service delivery and customer support best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Assist users with basic IT issues via tickets, phone, or in person
Support account setup, password resets, and software installations
Update and maintain IT knowledge base articles and FAQs
Help track and report on service desk metrics
Escalate issues appropriately following IT service workflows
Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment
Support IT asset lifecycle management by tagging, tracking, and maintaining inventory records
Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
