FM Conway is currently seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer to join our busy and thriving IT Team. As our IT Help Desk Engineer you will provide service desk support across the business. You will play a key role in implementing, administrating, and maintaining a variety of hardware, software and network products including all variants of Microsoft Windows. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining and improving the company’s hardware, network and other computer equipment and records
Ensuring that the reliability and security of the system is always maintained
Monitoring the systems performance and undertaking maintenance and upgrades as required
Supporting other team members with their workload as required
Requirements:
Strong understanding of PC hardware, peripheral devices and basic network experience
Experience with Active Directory and password re-sets
Microsoft Office support experience
Office 365 experience
Demonstrable experience of applying technology to benefit the business
Excellent understanding of Microsoft operation systems and Microsoft Office products
Educated to GCSE level
Driving licence is essential
