Job Description

This role is hands on and focused on hardware preparation, device imaging, and managing inbound and outbound IT assets. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with PCs, laptops, and enterprise asset management tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Receive incoming hardware and verify accuracy
  • Image Surface and Dell devices according to company standards
  • Use ServiceNow to review and process hardware requests and orders
  • Pick, pack, and ship devices to end users or field locations
  • Wipe and prepare hardware for redeployment or disposal

Requirements

  • Previous experience imaging PCs and laptops
  • Previous experience wiping hardware
  • Experience managing the process of receiving and shipping IT assets
  • Experience with ServiceNow is highly desired
