Job Description:

At Allianz Life, the IT Governance Analyst Senior will manage outsourcing providers, ensure IT services meet business needs and regulatory requirements, and use AI tools for process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the IT outsourcing provider Allianz Technology of America to ensure quality execution and operational excellence
Governing IT Service Management and Service Continuity Management
Monitoring delivery quality and performance of IT Services
Managing a control framework to ensure quality assurance and adherence to standards
Supporting financial forecasting and cost reporting
Evaluating and enhancing IT Services KPIs and risks
Presenting high-level trends and metrics to leadership
Communicating effectively with IT and business stakeholders
Utilizing artificial intelligence tools and resources.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience required
Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
