Job Description

The IT G&A application manager will be central to LumApps' continued global scaling, directly enabling efficient operations across all G&A functions to support our next phase of growth, in ensuring that all support function can get the most of all our tech stack can offer. Within the IT G&A team,part of the CFO Office, the IT G&A Support & Evolution manager, is responsible with a junior team member, of optimizing the usage of our G&A tech stack, by the functional team including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Operations. He will act as the vital bridge—the functional translator—between our business teams and technical providers.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide second-level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams
  • Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements
  • Ensure that masterdata are shared between all G&A systems, and that data flows between smoothly without alteration
  • Analyze all evolution request with an holistic view on all potential impact on our G&A tech stack
  • Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continuously refine our G&A systems roadmap
  • Lead in partnership with systems integrators/provider evolution project, in coordination with key users
  • Play a key role in high-impact projects, including: Integrating newly acquired companies into our systems
  • Implementing new tools

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in administrating G&A systems ERP & Financial Systems
  • At least 3 years in administrating ERP systems
  • Good understanding of business processes, and especially Accounting and Controlling principles
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge functional and financial proposals from financial system integrators
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Fluent in French & English

Nice to have

  • You ideally already work in a fast growing SaaS company
  • Experience in administrating HR systems (Ideally Lucca)
  • Experience in leading G&A projects in an international & cross-functional environment
