IT Functional Analyst

• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new and existing systems
• Provide support and enhancements for commercial business systems, ensuring they meet operational needs
• Work with external consultants and technology partners to implement and improve system functionalities
• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and performance
• Assist in the deployment of marketing platforms, providing guidance and expertise to achieve desired outcomes
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar position
• Proven expertise in supporting commercial business systems, with experience in platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Infor preferred
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Kentico or Sugar Market is a plus
• Strong ability to work with external consultants and technology vendors to deliver system improvements
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including gap analysis and process documentation
• Hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of its methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing and resolving technical issues
