Job Description

As a SAP Supply Chain Analyst, you play a key role in strengthening our internal SAP capabilities and enabling global supply chain operations across multiple domains (MM, PP, SD, (E)WM, QM,...). You translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, enhance our core ERP landscape, and ensure alignment with our global template and standards. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to our S/4HANA journey by helping shape fit-for-purpose processes during and after the transition.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze supply chain business requirements and translate them into SAP designs (standard first, development only where truly needed) to deliver template-compliant solutions
  • Configure relevant SAP modules and document functional designs, test cases, and work instructions to ensure maintainable and auditable solutions
  • Participate in projects to guarantee high-quality implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprint
  • Drive changes to ensure safe deployments and controlled releases to production
  • Plan and execute testing, resolve defects, and secure sign-off to de-risk go-lives and protect operational continuity
  • Create functional/technical specifications for Integration & Development (ABAP/BTP) to enable high-quality build and smooth hand-offs
  • Contribute to the S/4HANA program (fit-to-standard, gap remediation, cutover readiness) to modernize the ERP core with minimal business disruption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with strong IT/process orientation
  • 15-20 years of experience in SAP functional roles within Supply Chain domains (MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, QM)
  • Experience in SD is a huge plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record in business analysis: gathering requirements, translating into functional designs, and delivering solutions in a global ERP template
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA (fit-to-standard, migration projects preferred)
  • Exposure to global operations and multi-site implementations
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs) and ability to work with development teams

What we offer

  • high level of autonomy and flexibility
  • broad package of fringe benefits
