To reinforce our IT team we are looking for a IT Functional Analyst - Advanced Planning. As an IT Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the ongoing transition to the OMP planning system, ensuring the alignment of supply chain processes with business requirements. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into robust, compliant solutions while supporting end-users and safeguarding system integrity. You will drive the continuous improvement and modernization of global planning processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and translate supply‑chain business requirements into efficient processes to deliver robust, compliant solutions
  • Configure & customize the OMP software in close co-operation with other stakeholders
  • Ensuring system integration with SAP ERP & other tools like SAP BI, Omnitracker
  • Manage changes through CAB (create/assess RFCs, impact analysis, approvals) to guarantee safe deployments and controlled releases
  • Participate in projects ensuring a qualitative implementation of solutions as defined in the blueprint
  • Contribute to the improvement track program for Integrated Business Planning to modernize the ERP core with minimal disruption
  • Define, safeguard and improve the Ontex worldwide business applications template to support the end-to-end business scenarios

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in advanced planning solutions
  • Strong proficiency in IBP relevant software preferably OMP
  • knowledge of other SAP modules is a bonus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude
