The services supported by this function are essential for business‑critical applications with high SLA demands and 24/7 availability, covering corporate environments as well as industrial and manufacturing systems. Reliability, operational excellence, and structured service management will be central to your mission
Job Responsibility:
Lead and shape a high-performing Data Center and Cloud delivery function, ensuring secure, stable, and future-ready operations
Drive the delivery of modern infrastructure services across both on-premises data centers and Microsoft Azure, enabling business growth and innovation
Inspire and develop a skilled team while building strong partnerships with external providers and strategic vendors
Take full ownership of the function’s budget, combining financial control with a focus on value creation and efficiency
Ensure best-in-class service delivery aligned with ITSM practices, governance frameworks, and operational excellence
Safeguard business-critical systems by maintaining high availability and reliable 24/7 operations
Work closely with facility service teams (power, cooling, fire protection) to secure robust and resilient environments
Drive continuous improvement and service quality, enhancing operational maturity across the organization
Support the transformation of the current data center delivery, enabling a more global and scalable service capability
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT service delivery management, preferably within infrastructure, data center, or cloud environments
Strong leadership capabilities
Solid experience in both people management and vendor management
Deep understanding of data center operations as well as modern cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
Comfortable working within ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
Strong financial mindset, including experience with budget ownership, cost control, and service economics
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
Background in operating in environments with high availability requirements and strict SLAs
Good understanding of key data center components such as cooling systems, power infrastructure (including UPS and backup generators), and fire detection or suppression systems
Fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
Nice to have:
Experience working with enterprise applications supporting manufacturing or industrial operations is considered an advantage
