We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee and enhance the functionality of financial systems within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between finance and technology, ensuring seamless system operations, compliance adherence, and improved reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data insights to support key business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the administration, performance, and reliability of ERP platforms, including Deltek Vantagepoint and other financial systems
Lead system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of enhancements to improve operational efficiency
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for revenue recognition, project margin analysis, and labor utilization tracking
Ensure financial systems align with compliance standards and prepare for internal and external audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions
Drive initiatives to standardize revenue recognition and improve financial system workflows
Oversee system access controls and maintain audit readiness by conducting regular reviews
Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance financial reporting and decision-making
Serve as the primary liaison between finance teams, IT departments, and external technology vendors
Provide direct support for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and timesheet systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in financial systems management or technology roles
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing ERP platforms such as Deltek Vantagepoint
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of compliance standards and revenue recognition practices
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, Azure AD, and identity management tools
Effective project management skills with a focus on communication and stakeholder collaboration
Experience with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and timesheet systems
