IT Finance Manager

• Owns budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, resource allocation, portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and key metrics development
• Acts as a trusted advisor to Technology leadership on critical financial and operational matters
• Analyzes large data sets to identify business insights and communicates actionable recommendations
• Manages purchase order processing and invoice coding to the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
• Tracks expenditures against department and project budgets and identifies pre-approved versus non-approved spend
• Prepares and presents budget-to-actual and variance reports, including internal and external labor
• Partners with Technology leadership to support business performance initiatives
• Mentors team members and supports knowledge sharing across the Technology organization
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 6+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience, ideally in a Technology or IT environment
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar workflow system
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hybrid role based in Irvine, CA
