IT Finance Consultant

• Assess, organize and document the current development expenditures, providing detailed visibility into project, product, and cost elements such as labor, vendor services, and cloud-related expenses
• Develop and implement a robust cost tracking system tailored to the operational needs of the studio, ensuring precise financial oversight at the project level
• Create and refine investment analysis tools to guide strategic planning, prioritization, and funding decisions for technology initiatives
• Build dynamic forecasting models connected to engineering plans, ensuring usability and long-term adaptability for team-wide adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to align financial tracking processes with the planning and execution of engineering projects
• Establish and document standardized procedures, templates, and governance frameworks for ongoing spend tracking, reporting, and decision-making
• Deliver comprehensive documentation for models, tools, and processes, facilitating seamless handoff and sustainable use by internal teams
• Provide actionable insights to enhance visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making across technology-driven financial operations

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT financial management within entertainment, media, or technology industries
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Proven ability to design scalable frameworks for cost tracking and return on investment (ROI) analysis
• Expertise in key financial tools and techniques, including KPI reporting and Excel formulas
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities to ensure long-term adoption of financial processes
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with technology and engineering teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
