Job Responsibility

Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality targets
Define project roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and budgets
Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
Translate business requirements into ERP configurations, workflows, integrations, and data models
Oversee design decisions relating to modules such as Finance (AP/AR/GL), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR/Payroll, CRM, and Reporting
Manage system integrations with third-party applications (API, EDI, and middleware)
Ensure proper data migration processes, cleansing, validation, and cutover execution
Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure escalation processes are followed
Maintain documentation including project plans, change requests, test scripts, training materials, and SOPs

ERP Upgrade Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully delivering ERP system upgrades (rather than just greenfield implementations)
Pronto Expertise: Prior experience managing upgrades or major modules within Pronto Xi is highly regarded and strongly preferred however other Major ERP systems are fine
Location: Must be currently based in Sydney and available to start within a short notice period
