Job Description

You will support leading retail/FMCG clients in their digital and e-commerce transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee key EC/Omni systems (EC storefront, OMS, O2O, PIM/DAM), manage IT projects end-to-end, and coordinate between business, IT, and vendors.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of EC, OMS, O2O, and PIM/DAM systems
  • Manage incidents/changes and drive continuous improvement of digital operations
  • Lead IT/Digital projects (upgrades, new features, integrations, process optimization) from planning to go-live
  • Align project scope, roadmap, and priorities with business stakeholders
  • Manage vendors and service providers: delivery quality, SLAs, timelines, and budgets
  • Support clients on IT security and data protection topics for digital platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in IT management / IT project management, ideally in retail or FMCG (in-house or consulting)
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and omni-channel systems: EC, OMS, O2O, PIM/DAM
  • Proven experience delivering large IT/Digital projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT operations (ITIL), integrations/APIs, and security basics
  • Professional English
