Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead the technology strategy and operations for our client in Greenville, South Carolina. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring efficient systems, robust cybersecurity, and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and optimize processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and future growth
  • Provide expert guidance to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries
  • Expertise in managing enterprise applications, networks, and cloud platforms
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise and other business intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and modernization
