Job Responsibility:
Engage effectively with both regional leadership in China and central IT executives, setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Translate business strategy into an executable IT roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive competitive advantage
Provide precise and timely status reports on operational and project performance in line with agreed cadences
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and accountability
Mentor, manage, and develop high-performing teams across both infrastructure and application verticals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles across both operational IT and application delivery within multinational or IT Shared Services organizations
Extensive experience in managing digital transformation initiatives, complex implementations, and cross-functional project teams under tight business constraints
Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, networks, databases, system integration, and various enterprise applications (including ERP and financial systems)
Strong understanding of SDLC, IT service management, and project management methodologies with proven success in program and project delivery
