Job Description:

In this role, you will be the bridge between business and technology, constantly engaging with the organization to understand their requirements and providing guidance on how to leverage technology for additional business value.

Job Responsibility:

Develop technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, performance, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and security throughout the technology adoption and implementation process
Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive activities such as architecture reviews, demos, technical workshops, and white-boarding sessions by creating and presenting technical content
Lead the local team to deliver all aspects of an IT service in alignment with the company values and client requirements
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to transform business requirements into fit for purpose Microsoft and 3rd party solutions throughout the complete project lifecycle
Participate in initiatives to evolve existing and future technologies to drive continuous business improvement as part of the IT strategy
Improve the standards and methodologies for solutions architecture consistently
Provide technical input as part of cross-functional project teams
Ensure that all Microsoft and 3rd party development work meets the agreed architecture and coding standards, taking personal accountability for assuring design documentation and coding
Understand Networking solutions and apply this knowledge in the role
Actively participate in project planning, team meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other meetings

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar IT role, preferably as an IT Director
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a must
Knowledge of Azure is required
Familiarity with Network Architecture is crucial
Proficiency in Office 365 is necessary
