Job Description

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist - IP Telephony systems to join our Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services Department based in Marignane, France. Ready to empower a digital-first workforce? Join our Collaboration Services Team and take ownership of the tech that keeps our company moving. You’ll manage everything from 'Build to Run' for our IP Telephony and conferencing suites. We operate with a high-trust, high-responsiveness Kanban model, giving you the freedom to adapt to new priorities and deliver real value to our users every single day.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the 'Build to Run' journey for our IP Telephony and on-prem conferencing suites
  • Work with Architects and Product Managers to evaluate emerging tech and pitch ideas that define our future service roadmap
  • Manage the global health of IPT and on-premise Web Conferencing services ensuring incident solving and request completion
  • Join our PI Planning with Airbus Group and product routines to keep our Kanban flow moving
  • Support our Restricted Collaboration Product Manager
  • Lead the resolution process for major incidents
  • Work with Change Managers to translate complex tech into 'human-friendly' guides for our VIPs and stakeholders
  • Collaborate daily with our Service Desk to share knowledge
  • Support our Lead Architect in building robust system dossiers and testing the next generation of collaboration technology

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management or as an IT product manager
  • Technical knowledge of IPT or Network is required
  • Transnational IT supplier Management
  • Practical Problem Solving
  • ITIL basics
  • Service Now IT operational usage skills would be greatly appreciated
  • English and French language negotiation level, some German or Spanish skills would be appreciated
  • Open-minded, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills
  • Ability to progress in a complex environment working with Donauwörth/Marignane/albacete sites and all the divisions is mandatory
