Job Description:

Steer the evolution of our e-Commerce platform. Coordinate the development team and vendors to ensure the successful deployment of our digital products. Manage digital projects, align business needs, and ensure high-quality deliveries, shaping the customer journey.

Job Responsibility:

Plot the course for the e-Commerce Development Team's success using Agile methodologies
Empower the team's excellence by coordinating the external vendor development group
Manage multiple activities, keeping all project phases on track
Cooperate with the Product Owner to create a detailed roadmap for the e-Commerce platform's future development
Maintain the highest quality standards, implementing processes, and monitoring performance using relevant metrics and tools
Coordinate architectural solutions, facilitating collaboration across IT stakeholders for seamless delivery

Requirements:

Degree in IT
At least 5 years of experience in global technology programs
Expertise in AEM, Adobe Commerce Cloud, React, PHP, Javascript, cloud technologies, and databases
Outstanding communication skills
Relational prowess and ability to build strong ties with various corporate stakeholders
Pro at organizing and managing multiple projects
Cloud deployment skills
Excellent understanding and skills in Office 365 and collaboration tools
Fluency in English
